Fulfillment Policy

How we process and deliver your booking confirmation.

Upon receipt of successful payment, we submit your booking to the airline for processing. Confirmation including a PNR or e-ticket reference is delivered to your registered email. Processing times vary by airline - most are issued promptly, though some may take up to 24 hours. We will proactively update you if confirmation is delayed. Our fulfillment obligation covers submission to the airline and relay of confirmation. The actual flight operation is entirely the responsibility of the operating carrier.
